Privacy Policy

Effective June 10, 2026

a1mobile (operated by A1 AI Inc., "a1mobile", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered business phone service: a business phone number wrapped with an AI assistant that answers calls, sends and receives text messages, and helps businesses turn customer contact into outcomes. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle and how.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use information

We use information to:

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your or your customers' content to train third-party AI models.

3. AI, calls & messages

Your a1mobile number is handled by an AI assistant. Calls and messages may be recorded, transcribed, and processed by automated systems to answer, route, capture the request, and reply. Where local law requires that callers be notified a call is recorded, the Business is responsible for providing that notice.

4. SMS / text messaging consent

When you call or text a Business's a1mobile number, you opt in to receive related SMS — confirmations, reminders, status updates, and direct replies tied to your request. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

When you create an a1mobile account, you also opt in to receive account and verification (2FA) text messages from a1mobile at the number you provide — one-time login/verification codes, account and service notifications, and customer-care replies. You can manage this anytime in your a1mobile account settings under notification channels: enabling SMS notifications opts you in to 2FA and account notifications, and disabling it opts you out. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS/text messaging campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your personal data — including your SMS opt-in or consent status — only with third parties that help us provide our messaging services (for example, platform providers, telecommunications carriers, and other vendors who assist in the delivery of text messages), and only as needed to perform that function. All of the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How we share information

We share information only with: service providers that help us run the service (for example our payment processor for billing, cloud hosting, AI/telecom vendors, and analytics/diagnostics providers) — each maintains its own security program (typically SOC 2) and is bound to protect your data; the business you contacted; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Your data and your customers' data

Information about your own customers that you handle through a1mobile (for example reservation details) belongs to you. We process it on your behalf to provide the service and do not use it for our own purposes.

7. Storage, retention & security

Information is stored in the United States with reputable providers that maintain industry-standard security programs. We keep information as long as needed to provide the service and meet prose and operational needs, then delete or anonymize it. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information; no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

8. Your choices

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app (Settings → Delete account) or by contacting us using the details below; see Account & data deletion for the steps and what is removed or retained. You may also request access to or correction of your account information by contacting us.

9. Children

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner shown on your first visit and through your browser settings.

11. Changes & contact

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Questions? Email legal@a1mobile.com.
