FAQs
It books from the hours and the times you give it, and it writes every booking back to your Google Calendar, which is the integration available today. It does not read a floor plan or a table-management system, so it offers the slots you told it exist, and you keep the final say on the floor.
The AI answers on the line itself rather than in an app, so it picks up whether or not anyone is holding a phone. You get the call summary and the booking or order on your phone afterwards, and the caller gets an answer instead of a voicemail beep.
It takes the order on the call, reads it back to the customer, and sends you a summary with the items, the total and the pickup time. Getting it onto the pass is still your step. a1mobile does not print to a kitchen printer or write into a POS.
It quotes from the rates you enter, and the estimate it sends says so. If a request does not match anything you have priced, it takes the details and hands the call to you rather than inventing a number.
No. You can port your existing business number to a1mobile and keep it everywhere it is already printed. A new number is available if you would rather start clean.
a1mobile is one plan at $99/mo per line: a real US number with unlimited calls and texts, and an AI that picks up when you can't. There is no separate answering-service bill, because the answering is part of the carrier rather than an app on top of it.
